Key Responsibilities:

- Assist primary care providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments

- Collect and document patient histories, vital signs, and other relevant health information

- Administer medications and injections as prescribed, following safety protocols

- Provide patient education on health management, medication usage, and preventive care

- Prepare examination rooms and ensure medical supplies are stocked and maintained

- Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up appointments

- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations

- Support clinical team members in daily operations to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice

- Prior experience in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care standards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
