Are you a proactive, motivated, and results-oriented student looking to gain hands-on experience in the reinsurance industry? Join our Treaty LatAm Business Services team in São Paulo and contribute to Swiss Re’s dynamic Property & Casualty operations across Latin America.
About the Role:
As an intern, you will support Swiss Re's P&C Business Services team, which manages the Property & Casualty portfolio across Latin American markets. You will assist with administrative tasks, client management, and reporting, helping ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting day-to-day administrative activities related to client management, contract handling, and correspondence record-keeping.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and running reports as needed.
- Contributing to general business support processes within the Business Services function.
About the Team:
The Business Services team is a client-focused group that processes Treaty submissions for the P&C Latin American team. We serve as the first point of contact for our clients’ administrative needs, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of service.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, curious, and a strong team player. You should be able to build effective working relationships in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, International Relations, or a related field. Expected graduation in 2027 or after.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Basic understanding of (re)insurance.
- Intermediate Spanish skills, as you’ll be working with a regional Latin American team.
