What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, growth, and customer engagement.
• Oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives including digital, print, events, PR, and direct response campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor partnerships, and campaign performance to ensure strong ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to align messaging and goals across the organization.
• Develop and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all communication platforms.
• Track marketing KPIs and provide insights to leadership on campaign results and opportunities for improvement.

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
• 5+ years of proven marketing leadership experience (home improvement or construction industry preferred)
• Strong background in direct response marketing and brand management
• Strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing multiple projects
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, or reputation management tools a plus
