Responsibilities
Technological Configuration Building / Upgrading
Serve as the subject matter expert in linear programming and optimization techniques, as well as refinery and petrochemical technologies.
Stay updated with the latest methodologies and tools to build or upgrade technological models by incorporating recent improvements.
Model Development
Lead the design and implementation of LP models to solve optimization problems relevant to the organization.
Solution Analysis
Ensure accurate and thorough data collection, validation, and preprocessing for LP models.
Interpret and analyze LP model outputs to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Performance Monitoring
Continuously monitor the performance and accuracy of LP models
Adjust models as needed to maintain effectiveness.
Training and Mentorship
Provide training, guidance, and support to junior team members and stakeholders on LP modelling and optimization techniques.
Project Management
Manage LP modelling projects from inception to completion.
Ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Innovation and Improvement
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in existing processes and models.
Enhance efficiency and outcomes based on latest trends in technologies.
