Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Specialist to join our Corporate Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about storytelling through video and digital media, with a flair for visual creativity and a keen eye for detail. You’ll also be an excellent writer, capable of translating complex information into clear, engaging content that resonates with a wide range of audiences.

You’ll play a key role in producing multimedia content that supports our internal and external communications, helping to bring our brand, values, and initiatives to life across multiple platforms.

What you will do

  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality video content for internal and external audiences.
  • Write clear, compelling copy for a variety of formats including scripts, social media posts, internal newsletters, and web content.
  • Translate complex or technical information into accessible, engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
  • Support the production of multimedia content including graphics, animations, and photography.
  • Assist in managing content calendars and ensuring timely delivery of assets.
  • Capture footage at corporate events, interviews, and other key moments.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and suggest innovative content ideas.

What we expect of you

Skills and experience

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar, ideally within an agency or fast-paced in-house team.
  • Proven experience in video creation and editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content strategy.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas clearly and creatively.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content formats.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio or examples of previous content work is highly desirable.

Desirable qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Media, Communications, Journalism, Film Production, or a related field.
  • Experience with film, motion graphics or animation tools (e.g., After Effects).
  • Photography and audio editing skills.
