This is a hands-on role for an engineer who is passionate about backend development, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with senior engineers to build reliable, scalable, and performant services that reach millions of players worldwide.Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs that support live and social features.Implement features from design through to deployment, working under the guidance of senior engineers.Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end features.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices.Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality delivery.Support DevOps/SRE efforts by maintaining CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems.Continuously learn and improve, developing technical depth in backend systems and cloud services.How Your Success Will Be Measured:Delivery of reliable, well-tested backend features aligned with project goals.Contribution to team productivity and code quality standards.Effective collaboration with peers and cross-functional partners.Demonstrated growth in technical skills and ownership over time.What You Bring:2–4+ years of professional backend development experience.Proficiency in C#/.NET, with working knowledge of cloud-based environments (AWS or equivalent).Experience building API-driven services that integrate with frontends or mobile clients.Good familiarity with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB).Understanding of CI/CD workflows, testing, and debugging tools.Awareness of scalability, reliability, and security considerations in distributed systems.Curiosity and motivation to learn modern backend and DevOps practices.Soft Skills & Values:Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.Eager to learn from others and contribute to a positive team culture.Passionate about building reliable, high-impact backend systems that power great fan experiences.Analytical thinker with attention to detail and quality.
