Youth Basketball Instructor/Referee - Tuckahoe YMCA presso YMCA of Greater Richmond

The Tuckahoe Family YMCA is currently seeking part time sports enthusiasts to help with our basketball program! Looking for a Basketball Instructor who has either played or refereed basketball before. This part time position starts at $14.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Duties of a Basketball Instructor:

Basketball instructors will help develop and implement safe and enjoyable basketball clinics. Basketball instructors should be available to work weekday evenings and weekends to help facilitate basketball practices, games, and clinics. Ideal basketball instructors will be creating lesson plans for youth ages 4-11, setting up and cleaning up materials & providing leadership to other basketball staff.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Basketball Instructor

Basketball specialists must know the rules of basketball, work well with young people, be able to multitask, and communicate effectively with parents and children.
