As Customer Service Representative, at Seda North America, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for our customers—owning the full account experience from order to delivery. What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from setup to shipment
- Manage customer setup, item setup, purchase orders, credits/debits, and quality concerns
- Liaise between customers and internal teams to address production, inventory, and fulfillment
- Enter purchase orders into SAP and communicate timing and availability
- Generate order acknowledgments and maintain daily communication via email and phone
- Collaborate with production planning and quality teams to manage forecasts and resolve complaint
- Analyze problems, recommend solutions, and escalate unresolved issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Process claims for overages, shortages, damages, and quality issues
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, answering calls, and data entry
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via telephone and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying problems, determining solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain and update customer accounts to ensure information is current and accurate.

What You Bring
- 3+ years of B2B customer account experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong product knowledge or ability to learn quickly
- Project management skills and cross-functional coordination experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), Excel, and other office tools
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional communication skills—verbal, written, and virtual
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced settings
- Dependable, energetic, and eager to grow
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; bilingual preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus

Physical Demands
This is a desk-based role with regular interaction across departments. The position involves: Frequent sitting and use of hands for typing and handling documents, with occasional walking, standing, reaching, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs). Minimal physical exertion such as climbing, stooping, or kneeling, daily verbal communication via phone, email, and in-person. Work environment is typically quiet to moderately noisy
