Job Description:As a Technical Coordinator, you are responsible for the preparation, follow-up and invoicing of technical orders and contracts. A strong knowledge of SAP is key. You are part of the Back Office team and work closely together with international teams.
You work in our headquarters in Spiere-Helkijn.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
- Receives technical complaints from customers and creates and follows up these topics in SAP and when completed, he/she prepares the invoices. He/she also takes care of the communication with the warehouse and the transport of technical equipment onsite.
- Be the middle man for warehouse requests of internal stakeholders.
- Organizes technical requests in a way that a proper follow-up can be guaranteed.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equal by experience
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. German is a plus.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- You have strong organizational skills.
