We’re looking to hire a Crew Records Coordinator to join our Crew Records Team.

Reporting to the Crew Records Manager, our Crew Records Coordinator is a multi-functional role to administer the record keeping functions within the department. Working closely with the Crew Training, Planning and Crewing Teams, but also liaising directly with Crew themselves.  

This role is a 4 on 4 off shift pattern of days only - 7am-7pm shifts.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Responsible for running regular electronic reports from Crew Manager and MINT to check for expires and making sure all the training has been rostered in a timely manner. 
  • Keep a daily, and weekly check on expiry events within Crew Manager and MINT, working closely with the Crew Training, Planning and Crewing Teams to ensure Crew members are prevented from flying without all regulatory training, licencing, and associated paperwork in place on record 
  • Update, audit and maintain electronic systems with Licence, Passport and Medical expiry dates and issue additional reminders to Pilots and Cabin Crew regarding the uploading of documents. 

What you’ll have:
  • You’ll have a logical and methodical approach with excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be a positive and supportive Team member.
  • Be a team champion for customer service to all colleagues by ensuring all requests and queries are responded to within 72 hours of receipt.
  • You’ll provide clear information on any responses.
