Internal Applicants Only - Development Manager & Team Leader (Leadership Giving)

Cardiff University’s Development and Alumni Relations team seeks a talented fundraiser for the permanent position of Development Manager & Team Leader (Leadership Giving).

You will lead the University’s philanthropic fundraising team of one full time fundraiser and one CASE Graduate Trainee fundraiser, whilst also managing your own portfolio of current and prospective donors. You will ensure the delivery of the Leadership Giving team’s progress against key performance indicators, including donor identification, research, strategy, gift cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.

You will have a talent for working with people, progressing relationships in a purposeful, impactful way.

While undertaking this work, you will join the Development office’s small cadre of line managers, helping to coach and develop staff so that the department delivers outstanding results.
