LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Possesses California State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Possesses Driver’s License as issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicle. Incumbent will be involved in field work which requires travel in personal vehicle to various sites. Valid First Aid and CPR certificate issued by an authorized agency prior to employment.
