AVAILABLE POSITION – LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE TEACHER – GENERAL MUSIC

Location – Jefferson Elementary, 318 Payne Street South, New Ulm, Minnesota

Job Summary – Through general music classes, elementary music teachers spend time introducing children to various musical performers and styles. Students learn about creating, performing, and listening to music. Elementary music teachers provide students with basic vocal instruction and teach them about various instruments, including percussion, brass, woodwinds, and string instruments. They use hands-on activities to teach children pitch, rhythm, and music notation.

Start Date – Approximately January 11, 2026

Compensation Package – Position Classification BA-1 offers a starting wage of $266.62 per day, based on experience. No benefit package offered with this position.
