Print & Fulfillment Lead - Hummel Grafton, WI

If you have an eye for detail and a passion for the apparel industry, this could be the right opportunity for you. Hummel is adding a full time Print & Fulfillment Lead to their growing team in Grafton, WI.

Responsibilities:

• Lead print operator on heat presses to complete application work on Hummel stock and custom product
• Ability to source materials for print operations such as TPU, Silicone, vinyl, twill transfers 
• Attention to detail and general understanding of heat press technology  
• Oversee multiple print application projects at one time to ensure deadlines are met  
• Strong background in project and time management  
• Able to stand for 8 plus hours and lift 50lbs  
• Manage part time print support to train and maintain quality output of garments 
• Limit waste product with a print accuracy percentage of 98% or above  
• Support in the daily needs of cutting vinyl numbers, decals, and accessory tags  
• Ability to learn or have a general understanding of product composition of fabrics and hummel custom and stock apparel lines  
• Assist in managing ship station to get products to end consumers  
• This position will be responsible for keeping a clean print and shipping area each day 
• Focus on inventory transitions to make sure the inventory is not lost while being sent through the print process at Hickory print center
