F&I Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY
As an F&I Assistant, you will support the finance and insurance department by assisting with documentation, compliance, and customer service related to boat sales, financing, and insurance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties (Most Important to Least Important) |
Assist the F&I manager with the preparation or loan and insurance documentation. |
Verify and organize all necessary paperwork. Ensure all data is entered into F&I and dealership management systems. |
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and corporate guidelines.

Follow up with lenders, insurance companies, and customers as needed. |
Handle contracts, title work, and service agreements as needed. |
Assist with customer questions regarding financing and insurance options as needed. |
Any other duties as assigned. |
SKILLS
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
