Trelleborg Healthcare and Medical is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join their team. Responsible for developing and implementing improved inventory control processes and standard work for the manufacturing site as well as supplying the manufacturing floor with required operations supplies.

Pay:
- $19.00 -$23.00 per hour
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Desired 2 years inventory experience
- Experience in a clean room manufacturing environment
Responsibilities:
- Implements and executes a site cycle count program of production materials to leverage current process and available/new technology
- Develops and executes a process for recurring reviews to ensure scrap exposure to expiring materials is minima
- Implements and executes a finished goods cycle count program that encompasses maintaining real-time inventory counts of finished goods as well as signaling for replenishment (kan-ban)
- Drives visibility and recurring reviews to finished goods excess inventory that may have been overproduced during an order
- Implements and executes a cycle count program for the Operations Supply Room (non-product inventory) to ensure real time inventory and audits and drive area layout optimization to facilitate First In and First Out. Responsible for the end of year inventory planning and execution
- Responsible for daily water spider activities (replenishment of operations supplies per current process) and implementation of standard work for these activities
- Responsible for driving the monthly inventory adjustments (ADJ) process and implementing scrap thresholds to mitigate aging/expiring inventory of floor. Will require frequent collaboration with production departments and finance.
