About the Role

Venturity is partnering with one of our clients to Hire a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our fast-paced office team. This role is essential to supporting daily operations across logistics, production, and warehouse departments. If you're highly organized, thrive under pressure, and enjoy being the backbone of a busy team, we’d love to meet you.

 Responsibilities

  • Support logistics, production, line leaders, and warehouse teams with paperwork, documentation, daily orders, and pallet tags
  • Maintain and archive physical records and inventory files
  • Update and manage ERP systems (Fishbowl ERP training provided)
  • Collaborate with office staff, production and warehouse managers reporting directly to the Plant Manager
  • Ensure timely filing, data entry, and document control
  • Assist with internal communication and cross-department coordination

 What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual (English/ Spanish required)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems required
  • 2–5 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • College degree is a plus, but not required

Job Details

  • Full-time, salaried position
  • In-office only (no remote work)
  • Flexibility required; hours may extend beyond a standard 8-hour day
