We're looking for an energetic and motivated Office Manager.  The Office Manager is responsible for coordination of the Executive team calendar, meetings, travel and company meetings; office, equipment, furnishing and grounds-related oversight as well as event planning and management of organizational trainings.  The position requires the highest levels of confidentiality, discretion, and confidence.   

• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in office operations
• Hi level proficiency in software skills and office equipment
• Self-starter capable of working independently
