Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer experiences by delivering professional, engaging, and knowledgeable vehicle presentations
  • Successfully demonstrate vehicle technology and features
  • Engage in continuing education and learning opportunities
  • Meet sales and productivity goals
  • Apply training to aid customers in vehicle selection and make recommendations
  • Accurately track and follow up with all leads, prospects, and tasks utilizing the company provided software and technology
  • Inspect inventory regularly and report concerns

 

Qualifications:

  • Be driven, outgoing, and eager to learn new skills to meet & exceed sales goals
  • Commitment to excellent customer service, including ability to create & maintain customer relationships
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (5 days/week)
  • Excellent record for consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Maintain professional attire and appearance
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
