As a Compliance and Risk Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing DHS NETStudy and MVR systems, ensuring hiring managers and internal teams receive timely, accurate support. Success in this role means developing strong partnerships with internal system administrators and DHS contacts, while responding promptly to emails, form submissions, and process questions. You’ll have the opportunity to shape and improve systems using tools like SharePoint and Power Automate, making a real impact across the organization. The ideal candidate is curious, tech-curious, and skilled at spotting connections that lead to smarter, more efficient processes. Experience with DHS licensing or NETStudy is a plus, and your contributions will help drive compliance excellence in a mission-driven environment.

Job Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years of experience, which can include lived experience that is applicable to the job and performance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with at least 1-year experience with SharePoint.
- Knowledge of 245C statutes preferred.
- Ability to learn on the fly and comfortable performing research as needed for information.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and to reprioritize work frequently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
