It offers a dynamic and welcoming environment where our employees can connect and network with a large community of tech professionals.ROLEAs a Senior Finance Business Partner focused on SG&A, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial transformation and supporting the company's growth and profitability objectives. Reporting to Finance Business Partner Manager, you will work within the Finance team embracing several business areas, supporting the continued evolution of strategy and scenario planning. You will be responsible for streamlining communication between People Team, Operations and finance teams. You will have a great connection with the business to monitor the performance and identify business opportunities/risks in order to support strategic decision making and perform forecasting. This role will require a strategic mindset, analytical rigor, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Financial Analysis & Decision Support: Strategic planning, analysis that develops insights that support decision-making by stakeholders, identify trends and variances and translate complex financial data into clear recommendations.

Cost Control & Estimation: Monitor and estimate key financial metrics to ensure accurate accruals, strong cost visibility, and effective budget management.

Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare annual budgets, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans for SG&A operations, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

Monitor performance and initiatives: Follow up on SG&A and operational initiatives aimed at cost optimization and efficiency improvements, tracking progress and quantifying results against targets.

Enhance reporting and communication: Develop and refine dashboards and financial reports (Power BI), translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior management.

Cross-Functional Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align financial priorities, support decision-making, and influence business outcomes.

Improve processes and tools: Continuously review and enhance financial processes, promote automation, and strengthen modeling accuracy and forecasting reliability.

WHO YOU ARE

Graduated in economics, management or any other related field that includes a strong analytical focus;

5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering or FP&A;

Strong analytical skills and detail oriented, having the ability to work with a large amount of data, analyzing patterns and proposing data-driven options/scenarios;

Able to work with MS Office (Excel) and data modeling and visualization tools (PowerBI);

Interested in building new tools and willing to improve the already existing ones showing creativity and critical thinking;

Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
