Job Title

Common Accountabilities
Has deep and/or broad experience in Payment and provides experienced guidance, encourages innovation, and supports the development of less experienced professionals.
Demonstrates both product management and solution design capabilities.
Understands the broader business environment to recommend improvements, share best practices, and contribute to departmental strategy.
Translates strategic goals into actionable plans, setting and monitoring team objectives.
Works with autonomy while aligning with management direction. May coordinate functional teams or projects and serve as a resource for quality and best practices.
Applies specialized knowledge to plan, coordinate, and implement solutions in the area.
Shares knowledge through training sessions, supports decision-making, and contributes to the strategic direction of their area of expertise
Specific Accountabilities
Assess requirements and maintain a strong understanding of processes, services, and end-user product usage.
Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management and estimate specification and validation efforts.
Develop functional designs, including feasibility studies, solution overviews, interface control documents, and product specifications; present these to stakeholders.
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure compatibility with other Amadeus applications.
Validate product functionality and system integrity,and support production by investigating and prioritizing reported issues.
Customer centric Role- SME /consultant to customer preferred from Payments Background
Technical/Functional Excellence
Establish standards for product definition activities such as specifications and solution design.
Translate business needs into new product concepts or enhancements.
Analyze complex business challenges and support pre-sales and solution definition teams.
Lead or review solution sizing and ensure alignment with architecture and requirements.
Develop business process assessments to support solution improvements and recovery planning.
Continuous Improvement
Recommend improvements to documentation and processes for specifications, solution design, and maintenance.
Contribute to test strategy implementation and ensure traceability between tests and specifications.
Support production integrity through issue investigation and prioritization.
