Key Role and Responsibilities:
- Assisting team in Vendor code creation and handling end to end Invoicing process including but not limited to verifying, processing and clearing of invoices for legal department.
- Keeping track of payment status of various vendors of legal department.
- Provide assistance to the team in execution of documents including procuring stamp papers, reaching to signatories of authorised for respective agreements etc.
- Manage Travel Bookings for the team and the external lawyers with the help of the in -house Travel desk.
- Database Management including various tracker like Legal Case, Agreements, Authorizations, Contacts, Files and Books for entire team.
- Tracking of Subscription with Database for Legal Research.
- Maintaining and providing support to team in legacy data management.
- Provide Admin support for CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tool including uploading data, updating user guide and facilitating team for testing and training of the system.
- Managing Petty cash, stationary, coordinating with the book vendor, maintaining tracker for same for the team.
- Managing Forex as and when required.
- Render any other ancillary support required by Legal team from time to time.
