Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the marketing efforts to promote events end-to-end, including campaign planning, content creation, and execution.
- Coordinate logistics for industry conferences, including planning attendance, securing booths/sponsorships, coordinating with design on assets, and ensuring seamless execution. This may include conference travel.
- Support attendee communications before, during, and after events to maximise engagement and ensure effective follow up.
- Plan and manage other event formats such as private dinners, workshops, or partner activations.
- Own event timelines, budgets, and task management across multiple stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, partnerships, design) to align goals, messaging, and timelines for each event.
- Track event performance and ROI, preparing reports on outcomes, leads generated, and impact achieved.
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives when needed, supporting campaign execution and coordination.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Strong organisational and project management skills—you’re comfortable juggling multiple moving parts.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience managing event logistics (conferences, trade shows, dinners, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bonus: familiarity with marketing tools, event management platforms, or campaign measurement.
