SUBSTITUTE TEACHER ($225 Full Day (over 4 hours) and $37.50 per hour (Up to 4 hours) presso Natomas Charter School

Under the guidance of the Academy Principal, the Substitute Teacher (Schoolwide) is responsible for creating a supportive and nurturing learning environment that promotes student achievement through a comprehensive, learner-centered curriculum aligned with state standards. This role involves designing and delivering engaging, hands-on lessons that foster critical thinking, creativity, and a strong foundation in language and mathematical literacy using research-based instructional materials. The ideal candidate is committed to providing a high-quality educational experience and demonstrates a strong dedication to helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Enthusiasm for collaboration is essential, as the role requires active participation in both grade-level and cross-grade-level planning. A willingness to go above and beyond to support student success is expected.
