All Required:Ability in designing research strategies, designing experiments, establish new laboratory procedures, and protocols.Ability to perform duties and tasks independently and with responsibility with minimal supervision.Have scientific writing experience, being able to synthesize and write a manuscript for a peer-reviewed journal.Ability to take initiative and follow through independently on projects.Ability to maintain confidentiality with data and research projects.Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with a variety of individuals including faculty, staff, data and research partners, and community partners.Experience in research project coordination (project management). Word processing skills appropriate for completing research program documents and correspondence with speed and accuracy.Ability to work a flexible work schedule including occasional evenings and/or weekend days for community programming/recruitment eventsPrior experience in handling a variety of tasks with a high degree of accuracy and ability to set priorities when confronted with competing requests. Ability to meet tight deadlines and last minute requests efficiently and accurately.Strong problem solving skills.
