The Senior FP&A Analyst will be part of Fortis’ finance organization. They will provide close support to, and interact frequently with, leaders across all areas of the organization as well as Private Equity partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Residual Analysis & Financial Management:
- Reconciliation of monthly residual payments and other primary sources of revenue.
- Monitor revenue trends and identify discrepancies in residual payments.
- Perform variance analysis to assess profitability and optimize residual revenue streams.
Merchant Pricing & Profitability Optimization:
- Develop and refine merchant pricing strategies, including Interchange Plus, Tiered, and Flat Rate models.
- Analyze transaction fees, interchange costs, and risk factors to improve pricing models.
- Work with sales teams to structure competitive and profitable merchant pricing agreements.
Financial Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Provide leadership with timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to monitor business KPIs and financial results to enable key strategic decision-making.
- Build complex financial models for recurring and ad hoc reporting purposes.
- Provide insights into revenue and cost variances to budget.
