Maintenance Worker, Lambeau Field presso Delaware North

Delaware North Sportservice is looking for a part-time Maintenance Worker to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance duties throughout the property.

Unit Description:

Delaware North has operated concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. At Titletown, we operate Homefield Pub + Social, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, and host special events, including seasonal sledding and ice skating.

Responsibilities:

• Changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures, and performing similar minor electrical tasks
• Plumbing work includes opening clogged drains, repairing leaks, and performing other simple plumbing jobs
• Simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods
• Receive maintenance reports and work with management to resolve issues listed on the reports
• Ensuring tools and equipment are in working order and keeping the maintenance room in neat condition

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in general maintenance and repair for commercial facilities required
• Previous experience with general machinery preferred
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory.
• Strong communication skills, including listening skills, and the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent walking or standing throughout the venue for the entire length of the shift
• Ability to maintain one’s balance and maneuver between rows and narrow pathways
• Requires bending, stooping, and the ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds 
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season
• May be required to work in elevated areas
• May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces
