The Provider Relations Admin will support the Provider Relations Manager and will focus on recruiting, onboarding and assist in the development of the organization’s network of providers.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and track recruitment efforts to assist in sourcing culturally competent providers
• Administer provider onboarding process
• Prepare contractual agreements and ensure a streamlined onboarding process is followed
• Maintain and update databases and department tools with current provider information
• Support the Provider Relations Manager as needed
• Coordinate customer service and provider relations for mental health services, including therapy referrals, peer support programs, and wellness initiatives
• Monitor client/customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clinicians meet agency-specific needs
• Maintain compliance requirements for network providers
• Prepare reports on provider service utilization and outcomes for partner agencies
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
• 2+ years of administration experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Applied experience in protecting and securing PHI and other sensitive or
confidential information.
Competencies:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint,
PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, data entry and recordkeeping skills.
• Professional, clear, and productive communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated success in teamwork, and professionalism.
