As a Construction Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in project administration and field engineering roles. This is a rotational-style internship that offers a 360° view of the construction process.

Key responsibilities:

• Support project documentation: contracts, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and invoices

• Assist with field coordination, quality control, and punch lists

• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder meetings

• Help maintain organized records of materials, quantity tracking, labor, and subcontractors

• Quantity Takeoffs, estimating, etc.
• Learn how to read blueprints, manage change orders, and track progress reports

• Construction project lifecycle from pre-con to closeout

• Cross-functional teamwork between admin, field, and management

• Jobsite safety standards, project budgeting, and scheduling

• Software tools used in RPM xConstruction
