QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Program Manager to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This position is contingent upon award.

Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive program management oversight for all contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting the task order. 
  • High-level program planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and lifecycle costing. 
  • Conduct manpower assessments; and provide regular status briefings to PM PNT management (weekly high-level, quarterly in-depth). 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, interfacing government personnel, formulating feasibility studies, ensuring compliance, and directing contractor/subcontractor teams to achieve program objectives.

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Required Clearance: 

  • ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret w/SCI eligibility 

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree required.  Degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related scientific or technical discipline.
  • Fifteen (15) years of experience in the management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development, or related systems analysis required. 
  • Six (6) additional years of related experience or relevant military service may be substituted for the master’s degree.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. 

Travel: 

Travel is not expected for this position. 

Work Environment: 

This position will be performed in a variety of locations, including but not limited to, government offices, military bases and depots, warehouse/maintenance shops, and/or field environments that include extended periods outdoors.

Physical demands of this position include ability to:

  • Be independently mobile.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.
  • Withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer use.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: 

This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.

Estimated Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00, annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. This represents the typical range for fully qualified candidates for this position based on experience, geographic location, and other factors. The final offer amount may vary.
