The Opportunity

• Provide project coordination and administrative support to project and programme managers.
• Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, risk logs, and reporting dashboards.
• Support governance activities, including preparation for project boards and stakeholder meetings.
• Track progress against plans, highlighting risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with client and internal project management frameworks.
• Liaise with stakeholders across engineering, commercial, and delivery functions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices.

• Previous experience in a project support / project coordination role (Defence, Aerospace, or similar highly regulated environment desirable).
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence in using MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
