Bistro Busser presso Graton Resort and Casino

Position Summary:
The Busser is responsible for setting and clearing tables, stocking all service stations and assisting Food Servers with table service to ensure a great guest experience.

Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Greet guests by offering water service and non-alcoholic beverages. Serve drinks on a tray.
3. Bus tables at conclusion of guests' meals by wiping off table, all chairs and booth seats.
4. Inspect entire floor area and ensure that it is clean.
5. Re-set tables and inspect silverware for cleanliness.
6. Work in conjunction with the Food Server to meet guest satisfaction.
7. Assist Food Servers and Bartenders with running food and beverages.
8. Ensure that supplies in side stations are well stocked and clean.
9. Inform manager of any Team Member or guest opportunities.
