Services Area/Programs: Clubhouse
Paraprofessionals responsibilities are to engage youth in Clubhouse activities, help Clubhouse Youth foster healthy relationships, help Clubhouse Youth to work in building skills to improve life functioning, participate in all social outings/trips Clubhouse Youth will attend, provide educations support services, complete daily/weekly lesson plans, as approved by Clubhouse Manager, work assigned Saturday’s of Clubhouse openings, participate in Family Support activities, develop/maintain documentation to account for skills training, develops/provides transportation routes for members, implements skilled interventions for MH symptoms, and coordinate with Clubhouse Manager to provide resiliency support services for youth. Attend all team meetings/case progression meetings (staffing) and trainings as required for staff. Transporting individuals served is a requirement.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED AND One year experience in a social services related position OR Two years at an accredited college or university with at least 15 credit hours in a social services related field. Valid, unrestricted Georgia driver’s license is also required. Must be computer literate.
