Clinical Services Support (CSS)
Locations: Shoreview & Maplewood, MN (split position, with potential support at other clinics)
Reports To: Front Desk Coordinator
OSI Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Clinical Services Support (CSS) team member. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, welcoming clinic experience. The CSS supports both front desk operations and clinical staff, helping deliver high-quality care.
What you'll do:
- Greet and check in patients, manage scheduling, and handle phone calls.
- Support administrative tasks including insurance verification, authorizations, chart prep, and data entry.
- Assist therapists with patient flow, equipment setup, cleaning, and laundry duties.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and help with clinic opening/closing as needed.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and people skills with a professional, caring approach.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy clinic setting.
- Willingness to travel between Shoreview and Maplewood clinics (support at other sites as needed).
