Fulfillment Center Supervisor presso Join the Cozey team

We are looking for a FC Supervisor for the PM shift to join the rapidly growing Cozey team. In this role, the selected candidate will work with the AM crew for the first three months before transitioning to the PM crew. This ensures they gain a deep understanding of our products and software, which is essential to being an effective supervisor. During this training period, they will work closely with the manager and the AM team.

Once on the PM shift, the FC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and executing all daily core operations at our Moreno Fulfillment Center, including receiving, picking, and shipping. They will also manage day-to-day personnel tasks such as task delegation, performance monitoring, and attendance management.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is resourceful, and action-oriented. This is a great opportunity to play an active role in the early stages of a Canadian start-up expanding into the United States.

What You’ll Be Doing :    

• Ensure that daily core activities (receiving, picking, staging, and shipping) are completed on time and in full. 
• Supervise, train, and manage all warehouse clerks in the execution of core activities. 
• Assist the FC Manager with various initiatives and ensure that the fulfillment center meets the KPIs established by HQ management. 
• Ensure that safety measures and warehouse rules are clearly communicated and followed by all employees. 
• Take ownership of core activities and propose action plans when performance targets are not met. 
• Develop SOPs for different inbound and outbound tasks. 
• Any other related tasks. 

What We’re Looking For :    

• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written. 
• Collaborative leadership style; team player with the ability to bring out the best in team members. 
• Willingness to take ownership of results and propose actionable improvements. 
• Resourceful and creative mindset; able to "do more with less". 
• 4+ years of experience in a production environment (factory, fulfillment center, warehouse, etc.) 
• Experience managing a workforce involved in manual labour or technical work is an asset. 
• Experience in process optimization is also considered an asset.
