Salary $90,000–$100,000, based on experience

Full Circle Communities is seeking a Michigan-based Regional Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of affordable housing communities. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Property Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for up to six affordable housing communities.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support site staff; address performance issues and conduct terminations as necessary.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor ongoing financial performance.
- Plan and manage capital projects, including both scheduled and emergency repairs.
- Ensure strict compliance with HUD, Section 42, HOME, and other regulatory or financing program requirements.
- Foster exceptional customer service standards across all communities.
- Direct marketing and leasing efforts to minimize vacancies and maximize occupancy.
- Collaborate with the resident services team to ensure services are appropriate and effectively coordinated.
- Represent Full Circle Communities positively and professionally within the community and industry.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in property management portfolio supervision.
- Demonstrated expertise in affordable housing compliance.
- Michigan Salesperson License required.
- Strongly preferred:
- Familiarity with MSHDA and its housing agents.
- Experience working with the City of Detroit.
- Background in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and Coordinated Entry systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
