We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary HR Administrative Assistant to provide support to the HR department, including assistance with recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will help with daily HR operations and coordinate recruitment efforts. 

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative HR Support:

  • Maintain HR, employee, and recruitment files and other required documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation of weekly recruitment updates and HR reports.
  • Support onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation schedules.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and other tasks as needed.

Recruitment Support:

  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards.
  • Conduct initial resume reviews to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications.
  • Maintain candidate tracking spreadsheets/ATS and update applicant status regularly.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Draft and send acknowledgment, status update, and rejection communications to applicants.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries regarding job postings and application status.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting HR functions.
  • Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

 Pay Rate: $26.45 per hour
