Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven Coordinator, Social Media Operations to join our growing global social team.
This role is all about the backend of social media — ensuring every post across our channels is accurately tagged, tracked, and logged so we can measure performance and scale efficiently. You won’t be writing captions or managing accounts day-to-day; instead, you’ll be the one making sure our content systems are organized, accurate, and optimized behind the scenes.
You’ll help process and tag hundreds of posts daily, learning how to identify and classify different types of content across campaigns and categories. Your accuracy and organization will power the insights our creative and strategy teams rely on.
If you’re highly organized, love working in spreadsheets, and are curious about how large-scale social operations run, this is a great entry point.
What you will be doing….
Content Tagging & Data Operations
- Tag, track, and organize anywhere from 100–200 pieces of daily content across multiple platforms, accounts, and campaigns.
- Ensure all posts are properly labeled for campaign, theme, athlete, and format consistency.
- Support the publishing workflow in tools like Sprinklr to ensure content is correctly cataloged (not responsible for posting).
Build & Manage Content Databases
- Maintain and update large-scale spreadsheets and tracking documents in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Create and refine tagging systems to make content searchable for future use.
Operational Support
- Maintain key tracking docs, dashboards, and content libraries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure smooth content flow and accurate reporting.
Ad Hoc Projects
- Contribute to process improvement, data hygiene, and analytics projects.
- Support the global social team on tagging, content organization, and special initiatives.
What you will bring…
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or digital operations (internships/freelance count).
- Detail-obsessed and accurate. You notice patterns, spot errors, and take pride in clean data.
- Analytical and systems-minded. You like spreadsheets, organization, and figuring out how things connect.
- Self-starter. You take initiative and find solutions without waiting for direction.
- Eager to learn about how large-scale social operations work behind the scenes.
- Comfortable spending most of your day in Excel/Google Sheets or similar tools.
- Familiar with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube).
- Experience with Sprinklr or other publishing/tagging platforms is a plus.
- Passion for trading cards, collectibles, and fan culture is a bonus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple inputs at once.
- Comfort with data entry, tagging systems, and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, or travel as needed.
The salary range for this position is $62,500 - $68,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
