Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking a Conference Services Manager to support our Sales & Marketing Department.

Key Accountabilities
- Act as liaison between the client and the hotel for all client needs.
- Meet and greet clients while on site and field subsequent communications. Attend events, welcoming guests upon arrival and re-confirming set-up, and food and beverage need.
- Create BEO's and ensure client contractual agreements are carried out.
- Maximize event revenues by upselling
- Manage the catering day-to-day operation via scheduling, payroll, recruiting, planning, controlling, and analyzing all aspects of the department.
General Requirements
- Prior experience in event planning required
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Ability to efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision
- Exceptional customer service with excellent communication
Salary: $75,000.00 - 80,000.00 per year + Commissions
