The Position:

The Warehouse Manager will oversee the overall management of the Warehouse. The Warehouse Manager will direct high quality services with regards to materials handling, supplies handling, directing receiving, warehousing and distribution services and supervising staff. Responsibilities include: 

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Achieves financial objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Mush with controls inventory levels. 
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching and counseling employees on warehouse related tasks
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Schedule:

• Must be able to work Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, 40 hours per week
• Must have a minimum of 2 years Warehouse Management experience (prefer experience with Warehouse Pharmacy- Infusion)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus a minimum of 2 years warehouse supervisory responsibility.
• Inventory Control, Safety Management, Equipment Maintenance skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent planning, problem solving, organizational, time management and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with others and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
