Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team.

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

- Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses.

- Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and performance.

- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficient in using maintenance management software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
