Professional Care provides comprehensive medical & mental health care services in the state of New York.
Correctional health care is a unique, challenging, and exciting opportunity for today’s medical professional in that it provides the ability to truly utilize all of your learned medical skills and knowledge on a daily basis. It is the perfect hybrid of Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and Addiction Medicine; providing care to an under-served, diverse, and truly appreciative patient population.
We are currently looking for a Part-Time or Full Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide on-site psychiatry services at the Dutchess County Jail in Poughkeepsie, NY; Ulster County Jail in Kingston, NY and Columbia County Jail in Hudson, NY. Additional sites offered for telehealth to create a full time hybrid position.
This is a 30 to 40 hour per week position. Weekly schedule is Monday - Friday, normal business hours.
Benefits:
- Salaries are negotiable and commensurate based on experience. Salary range $110,000.00 - $150,000.00

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Board Certified in Psychiatric Mental Health.
- Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York.
- Maintain current DEA license.
- Maintain active BLS (i.e. CPR) certification.
- Maintain current Driver’s License.
