Armed Guard – Private School  

Location: Southern Nashville, TN
Pay: $25–$30/hr (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary:

Serva Security is seeking a full-time Armed Guard to protect students, staff, and campus property at a private school in southern Nashville. This role includes patrols, access control, traffic support, and incident response. Facilities maintenance experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Current Tennessee Armed Security Guard License
• Current Active Shooter Certification
• Current CPR/AED Certification
• Pass background check and firearms/physical proficiency tests
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required)

Preferred:

• Law enforcement, military, or school security/SRO experience
• Facilities maintenance or technical services experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform basic fitness tasks 
• Work indoors and outdoors, standing and walking for long periods
• Carry assigned firearm and security equipment at all times
