Der/die Praktikant/in unterstützt das Fund Management Team und trägt aktiv zum Erfolg des Geschäfts in der Schweiz bei. Er / sie ist verantwortlich für:

·         Analyse und Aufbereitung von Portfoliodaten und Year-to-date (YTD) Portfoliovergleichen

·         Unterstützung des Bewertungsprozesses des AXA Real Estate Fund Switzerland

·         Beobachtung von Drittkonkurrenten (Benchmarking) und des gesamten Schweizer Immobilienmarktes

·         Erstellung und Koordination der Jahres- und Halbjahresberichte des Fonds

·         Erstellung und Fertigstellung von Ad-hoc-Berichten, einschliesslich Präsentationen für Kunden und interne Entscheidungsgremien

·         Unterstützung des Geschäftswachstums durch Analyse von Akquisitionen, Renovierungen und Entwicklungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Transaktionen 

·         Funktion als Bindeglied zwischen Asset Management, Entwicklung und Bau, Transaktionen, Buchhaltung und FMCG

•         Studium mit Schwerpunkt in der Immobilienwirtschaft, oder betriebswirtschaftliches- oder volkswirtschaftliches Studium mit Interesse an Immobilien

•         Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten mit solidem Verständnis für Finanztechniken im Zusammenhang mit Immobilieninvestitionen, mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf Cashflow-Analyse und Modellierung

•         Erfahrungen in der Bewertung sind von Vorteil

•         Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint

•         Ausgeprägter Teamplayer

•         Eigenmotiviert, proaktiv, unternehmerisch denkend und ergebnisorientiert

•         Kreativ denkende Person mit innovativen Lösungsansätzen

•         Ausgeprägte mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
