GATEWAY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR: PARAPROFESSIONAL IV - Buckeye School of the Arts Behavior Intervention 6.5 hrs/day Monday - Friday - 8:00 am - 3:00 pm (1/2 hour unpaid lunch break) SALARY: $19.16 - $26.14 per/hr - Range E (Includes vacation factor) 182 Work Days (14 District paid holidays) ***Special qualifications including knowledge, skills & abilities: - Must possess a valid California Driver License, have reliable transportation and be insurable at standard rates; - Must participate in District provided training. Such training may include, but is not limited to Pro-Act, LRP Modules (or another form of online training), training in Behavior Management Techniques and Physical Restraint; - Knowledge of basic behavior management principles and practices preferred; - Ability to analyze situations including instruction, class and behavior management, implement an effective course of action, and monitor student progress.
