Quality Assurance and Control: Establishing systems and processes to verify that products and services area designed, developed, and manufactured to the required standards according to Lenovo requirements. Product & Process Monitoring: Overseeing both manufacturing and software development processes to ensure smooth operation and high-quality output. Testing & Analysis: Performing inspections, tests, and detailed analyses of products or systems to identify defects and ensure they meet performance and technical standards. Problem Solving: Using techniques like root cause analysis to find the source of quality issues and implement corrective actions. Data-Driven Improvements: Collecting and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and preventing future issues. Collaboration: Working closely with design, production, and management teams to integrate quality into every stage of the product or service lifecycle. Continuous Improvement: Continuously looking for ways to enhance processes, improve product reliability, and better meet customer needs. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a manufacturing/production environment. Familiarity with quality processes and tools such as inspections, testing, and root cause analysis.Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processesBasic knowledge of ISO 9001 standards or equivalentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Basic understanding of statistical analysis and quality metrics Strong attention to detailEffective communication and teamwork skillsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to follow structured processes
