Job Description:

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product Oversight team on a maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape our Responsible Investment (RI) product strategy, working collaboratively across the business to deliver market-leading solutions that meet evolving client needs.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the development and design of Responsible Investment products across pooled fund ranges
- Coordinating product governance activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Managing product lifecycle processes and ensuring products remain appropriate and competitive
- Supporting project delivery using structured methodologies and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborating with operational teams to ensure smooth implementation of new product features
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to share RI expertise and insights
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy
- Presenting at governance committees and fund boards to represent product initiatives
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in investment management
- Strong understanding of Responsible Investment strategies and fund structures
- Ability to manage complex projects and deliver strategic product initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels
- Knowledge of UK and European regulatory environments for authorised funds
- Professional qualifications such as IMC, CFA or CAIA highly desirable
- Experience in product conceptualisation and proposition design
- Commitment to delivering good customer outcomes in line with Consumer Duty
