Arobas Personnel is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a permanent position with one of its clients located in Laval.

 *Remote : Hybrid-Mode* 

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in organizing, preparing, and managing commercial accounts.
You’ll provide outstanding customer service by handling incoming calls and emails from both new and existing clients.
Working closely with the commercial division, you’ll support the team in opening client accounts, managing project documentation, and overseeing account collection upon project completion.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls and emails for the commercial division;
  • Organizing and maintaining administrative files and client records;
  • Following up on client payments and collections;
  • Opening new contracts and entering client data into the system;
  • Processing various administrative documents (receipts, CNESST, etc.);
  • Collaborating with the accounting and commercial teams to ensure accurate project tracking.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration or secretarial work;
  • Bilingualism (French and English) required;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities;
  • Experience in distribution or customer service (an asset);
  • Initiative, professionalism, and a knack for process improvement.
