Associate, Maintenance presso Merchants Fleet

In this role, you’ll serve as the primary escalation contact for our roadside assistance partners, manage critical workflows in Salesforce, and deliver top-tier customer support. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Location: Merchants Fleet Headquarters in Hooksett, NH or Remote

What You’ll Do

• Be the Go-To Problem Solver: Act as the main escalation point for roadside assistance providers (Allstate and Roadside Protect), resolving issues quickly and accurately through Salesforce.
• Build Strong Partnerships: Host monthly check-ins with providers to strengthen relationships and ensure service expectations are met.
• Support Internal Operations: Assist teammates with system access, troubleshooting, and internal roadside tools
• Deliver White-Glove Client Service: Respond to Maintenance+ inbox inquiries, coordinate vehicle moves, and help clients find the right repair shops.
• Manage Repair Orders: Oversee reconciliation and history load processes to keep everything running smoothly
• Keep Things Flowing: Provide backup support for Salesforce queues during busy periods or absences.
• Collaborate & Contribute: Help develop internal reporting tools and take on other administrative projects as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Experience handling escalations and working with external service providers.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Auto Integrate (preferred).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Technical aptitude for troubleshooting access and system issues.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Background in fleet maintenance, roadside assistance, or client services strongly desired.
• Travel: Minimal, as needed for vendor or client meetings.
